We only collect the data you send through the contact form: name, email, company (optional) and your message. We do not use analytics or advertising tools.
How We Use Information
We use this data only to answer your request and, where relevant, to prepare a proposal. The legal basis is pre-contractual steps taken at your request and our legitimate interest in answering enquiries (GDPR Article 6(1)(b) and (f)).
Data Protection
We keep contact requests for 12 months unless they lead to a contract. Form emails are sent through Resend and the site and email go through Cloudflare; these providers may process data outside the European Union under the European Commission's standard contractual clauses. We apply technical and organisational measures to protect the data.
Your Rights
You can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction or portability of your data, or object to its processing, at [email protected]. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Portuguese data protection authority, CNPD (www.cnpd.pt).
